David has been painting, stitching and drawing for many years, attending adult education classes and Venture Arts workshops to develop his artistic talent. His compulsion to make art was only recently discovered as we visited his flat in which every inch of his walls are finely decorated with painting, collage and found objects. We feel that the opportunity to work outside a formal workshop environment will give him tools he needs to develop this work and to establish himself as an independent artist and for us to discover more about his work. We feel that he is an undiscovered talent who will benefit greatly from developing his ideas and talent in a professional studio environment.
